The audience was greatly entertained by Sidharth and Shehnaz. Post Bigg Boss 13, both of them were seen together in many music videos and commercials. Apart from professional collaboration, Sidharth and Shehnaaz continue to be good friends. Recently, there was a distasteful incident involving Sidharth and Shehnaaz.
Alt Balaji supposedly liked a tweet that trolled Shehnaaz with a vulgar meme of hers, along with obscene comments.
Now Shehnaaz’s fans have flared up on social media about this matter. They feel that a reputed OTT platform should not endorse objectionable memes. Sharing the screenshot of the liked tweet by Alt Balaji, the netizens demanded an ‘apology.’ Many of them have uninstalled the app and some also posted low ratings and negative reviews on the Play Store.
The fans termed the Alt Balaji act as ‘disgusting’, ‘disrespectful’ and ‘pathetic’ Shehnaz’s angry fans stated that they will trend the hashtag #ShameOnAltBalaji till Alt Balaji issues an apology. Some have also expressed displeasure that the platform is doing so after Shehnaaz had promoted Broken but Beautiful 3.
The fan felt that the actress was mocked that Sidharth is romancing another actress, Sonia Rathee in the song “Mere Liye” from the series Broken but Beautiful 3. They are demanding an apology from the platform and even threatening to trend this hashtag every day till this issue is not dealt with.
