Ankita Lokhande is all set to tie the knot with beau Vicky Jain this month. Unfortunately, the actress had to be hospitalized last night (December 7). The news comes just a few days ahead of her wedding.
Apparently, the Pavitra Rishta actress sprained her leg and was rushed to the hospital. Even though she has been discharged, Ankita has been advised of bed rest by doctors.
Meanwhile, Ankita’s close friend Mahesh Shetty informed, “Ankita and Vicky were rehearsing for their sangeet when she got injured. She is unwell and doctors are keeping a close eye. But, Ankita Lokhande has told her friends she will manage. Thankfully, there is no fracture.”
However, the wedding preparations are going on in full swing at Ankita and Vicky’s house. The two will get married in Mumbai at Grand Hyatt. A few days ago, Shraddha Arya, a close friend of the couple, had also disclosed their wedding card.
Talking about their pre-wedding festivities, Ankita Lokhande had a great bachelorette party. The bash was attended by many popular faces in showbiz. It appears that everyone present had a fun time at the event. The actress wore a burgundy dress to celebrate her last days as a maiden.
Recently, there was another ceremony wherein both Vicky and Ankita were seen in traditional Maharashtrian attire.
Ankita and Vicky completed three years of being in a relationship. In an appreciation post for Vicky, Ankita Lokhande had written, “Dear Vikki, You were there for me when times were tough. You were always the first person to ask me how I was doing, if I needed help in anything, or if I wanted to get away so that I could clear my head.”
Additionally, Ankita wrote, “You were always so worried about me. I always told you that I was fine because I knew that I had you with me. I want to thank you for being the best boyfriend in the world.”
