Paras Kalnawat playing a lead role in the Star Plus Tv show, ‘Anupama’ and he has been gained a lot of appreciation for his performance in the show. He was also been seen in ‘Meri Durga’ in 2017. He was a part of the show Mariam Khan: Reporting Live and Dil Hi Toh Hai. Paras rose to fame with Anupamaa, where he plays Rupali Ganguly’s son. The show, ‘Anupama’ is ruling the TRP charts for a couple of months. Television actor Paras Kalnawat has been tested positive for covid-19. Rajan Shahi who is the producer of ‘Anupamaa’ show has also been tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He was not keeping well for many days. He reports turn out to be positive on Friday, February 13. After he was tested positive, he informed his team. The entire team was tested for the virus. Rajan Shahi issued a statement for the same. He is currently been home quarantine.
Rajan Shahi said in a statement that, “Though he wasn’t shooting with us for the past couple of days, as soon as he informed us, the entire cast and crew were tested,”
The producer added further saying that “Actor Paras Kalnawat who is an integral part of the TV show Anupamaa has tested positive for COVID-19 today. Though he was not shooting with us for the past couple of days, as soon as he informed us, the entire cast and crew were tested. The BMC has been informed and the sets have been fumigated and sterilized as per the protocol. Currently, Paras is receiving medical attention and is under home quarantine. I am constantly in touch with him and the entire team as their health is our priority. I wish him a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing him back to work soon.”
