Actor Pracheen Chauhan was recently arrested for allegedly molesting an actress. As per the recent reports, the victim has been recently granted bail by the Borivali court.
The victim had filed a complaint at the Kurar Police station under sections 354, 323, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered. A source informed that the case has been filed against the actor, by a woman who has molested her during a house party. The woman then went home and came to the police station. The girl mentioned that she was invited to a party at his residence 2 days back and he touched her while he was drunk.
Senior Pl Prakash Bele of Malad says, “The complainant along with a friend was invited by the accused to his residence on June 30. The accused was drunk and touched her inappropriately. He was produced before the Borivali court today and has been granted bail.”
Pracheen Chauhan’s news had left the entire television industry. Just a few weeks a ago, Pearl V Puri was arrested by Mumbai Police for allegedly raping and molesting a minor girl on the sets of the show. Pearl V Puri is now released on bail and the investigation is still going on.
On the work front, actor Pracheen had made his tv debut with the popular tv show ‘Kasuatii Zindagii Kay’ as Subroto Basu. The actor appeared in ‘Kuchh Jhuki Palkain’, ‘Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka Saat Phere’, and ‘Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg’ on Colors TV. Pracheen rose to fame for portraying his role Abhimanyu in the YouTube channel, web series, ‘Pyar Ka Punch’.
