The October 8 episode of Bigg Boss 20 turned a game about strategy into a survival showdown. A new ration task was supposed to decide the house’s weekly food supply. Instead, the contestants walked away with zero weekly ration, a mystery power for one player and a chain of arguments that is still smouldering.

How the ration task slipped to zero

Bigg Boss set up unusual daytime lights-out conditions. Whenever the sleeping song played, contestants had to head to their bedrooms. Captain Uditi picked cue cards to choose a thief for each round.

Lovepreet wins power, Kanika hits back

Lovepreet Gill took a large share of the available ration, leaving others stunned. Aasif reacted sharply during the task and called her a “bada chor”. By the fourth round, all the ration items were gone. Bigg Boss then announced that only essential items would be provided from the storeroom and there would be no weekly ration.

Lovepreet was declared the winner for collecting the most ration bags, but her special power was not revealed. The announcement led straight into a heated exchange with Kanika Mann, who argued that contestants should have kept everyone’s food requirements in mind. Lovepreet defended her gameplay and said her words were being twisted.

Scout, Gullu and Amrapali add more heat

Elsewhere, ScoutOP and Lovepreet had an emotional talk about their equation. She told him that constantly being called his “sister” was not a small thing for her, because such words could shape how people read their bond outside the house.

Amrapali Dubey, meanwhile, questioned Kushal Tanwar about not defending her when people commented about her in the show. When Love asked who had spoken behind her back, Arishfa named Kanika Mann. That kept the Kanika-Love tension alive while Gullu and Amrapali locked horns separately.
