Archana Puran Singh recently discussed her family’s response to Kapil Sharma roasting them on his programme “The Kapil Sharma Show.”
Since taking Navjot Singh Sidhu’s place on “The Kapil Sharma Show,” actress Archana Puran Singh has become quite the draw. On the comedy programme, comedian Kapil was frequently seen roasting Archana and making funny jokes about both her and her husband Parmeet Sethi. In reality, Kapil has made fun of Archana in every single episode.
In a recent interview, Puran Singh talked about her mother’s response to being ridiculed and roasted in the show, as well as her husband, boys Aaryamaan and Aayushmaan.
The Raja Hindustani actress told Times Of India that her family is quite laid-back and that they don’t take offence easily. She said that her children are up to date since they watch Hollywood movies, TV shows, and comedy shows. Archana added that since her boys, who are now 5 or 6 years old, first seen mom being the target of insult humour, it is now completely natural for them. She said that her husband Parmeet’s response would be expected given how long he had worked in this field.
As far as her mom is concerned, Archana Puran Singh revealed that her mother often teases her over Kapil joking about her moustache and comparing her biceps with Sunny Deol. “She is always giggling and telling me. My family is very cool with these things,” Singh further stated.
The new comedy competition show India’s Laughter Champions, which is judged by Archana and Shekhar Suman, has taken the position of The Kapil Sharma Show in the interim.
