The Goa Police have filed a charge sheet against Poonam Pandey and her ex-husband Sam Bombay in the 2020 nude photoshoot case.
Poonam Pandey, a Lock-Up participant, appears to be in legal danger! According to recent sources, the Goa Police have filed a chargesheet against her and her ex-husband Sam Bombay. Poonam and her ex spouse engaged in a nude picture shoot near Chapoli Dam in 2020, according to the chargesheet, which was submitted before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Canacona. People objected to Poonam’s public nudity shoot at the time and filed complaints against her.
According to reports, this event occurred in 2020 while Poonam Pandey and her ex-husband Sam Bombay were vacationing in Canacona, Goa. They both took part in a nudist photoshoot, and the video became viral on social media. The charge sheet was submitted last week before Cancona Judicial Magistrate First Class under several provisions connected to obscenity, unlawful entrance, and transmission of obscene recordings, according to Praveen Gavas, Cancona police station inspector. Poonam Pandey and Sam were charged in November 2020 with allegedly filming pornographic movies on Chapoli Dam and disseminating them on social media.
Both Poonam and Sam were reportedly detained by the police in 2020. They were eventually released on bond.
For those who are unaware, Poonam and Sam Bombay married in a secret ceremony in 2020, however they divorced in 2021. Just two weeks after their wedding, Poonam filed a lawsuit against Sam for hitting, abusing, and threatening her. Sam was detained in Goa before being freed on bail. In reality, the Mumbai police detained Sam Bombay last year after Poonam accused him of physical abuse.
