‘Sasural Simar Ka 2’ is one of the most popular Tv show. The chemistry between Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim was loved by fans. Recently, Dipika opened up about returning to ‘Sasural Simar Ka 2’ with season 2. And now there are reports that her on-screen husband Shoaib Ibrahim too might return to the show.
The source revealed and said, “The show will start with original Simar and Prem played by Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim. The duo has already started shooting for it. However, the story will move ahead with the new star cast including faces like Avinash Mukherjee, Radhika Muthukumar and Akash Jagga in pivotal roles.”
Dipika took to social media to share the teaser of ‘Sasural Simar Ka 2’ and confirmed that she will be a part of the show.
In an interview, Dipika was asked whether Shoaib will play Prem again, she replied saying that, “I would love Shoaib to play Prem again on the show. But for now, I don’t want to comment on that.”
Dipika also shared on her comeback with Simar, she told, “I have maintained that Simar is a part of me and will always be alive in me. I may have played the character for six years, but I continue to live it till date. People in my Sasural still address me as Simar.” She further added that they connected with her because of the show. “Also, as an artiste, I have never thought that I won’t go back to a show or down the same path,” added Dipika. The actress further stated that she turned down a lot of shows during her break and then she got a call for Sasural. “That show has made me what I am today.”
