The abrupt and untimely death of Tunisha Sharma has devastated her supporters, friends, and the entire country. The actress, who was well-known for her acting prowess and upbeat demeanour, committed suicide on December 24, breaking the hearts of her family and friends. Tunisia’s split with her lover, Sheezan Khan, is the catalyst for her adopting this extreme action. According to Tunisha’s mother, Sheezan “used” Tunisha Sharma for three to four months and “deceived” her by giving her false expectations regarding marriage. Since December 24, Sheezan has been in police custody, and ongoing questioning is taking place.
Court’s order regarding Sheezan Khan:
Following Vanita’s filing of an FIR on December 25, Sheezan Khan was detained by the Waliv police under Section 306 of the IPC. On Sunday, December 25, a court in Vasai, Maharashtra, ordered Sheezan to spend four days in police detention following his arrest in a case involving aiding suicide. Now, on December 28, Wednesday, the Vasai court has made a significant ruling involving Sheezan. According to a new development, Sheezan Khan, the accused, has been placed in two days of police detention. Sheezan will remain in police detention for a further two days, until Friday, per an order from the Vasai court.
Development in Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case:
The Waliv Police have today, December 28, obtained Sheezan’s WhatsApp conversations and recordings. The police said that they had not observed anything offensive in Sheezan and Tunisha’s discourse and noted that these topics frequently came up in their exchanges. The police have further stated that they would question Tunisha’s family about her anxiety problem and re-record her mother’s statement. Since they were unable to unlock Tunisha’s phone, the police had not yet checked it. Sheezan is being questioned by the Waliv Police, who have also learned about his “hidden lover” and will also record her story.
The majority of Sheezan Khan’s deleted conversations will be recovered by the police, and they will also seize control of the DVR from the shoot that took place on the set of their programme Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul. This will be done so that the viewer may better understand the situation by seeing the actor’s expression. The Alibaba – Dastaan-e-Kabul raw film will also be examined by the officials. On December 27, the police said that they had taken the statements of 18 persons in relation to Tunisha’s case. Parth, who co-stars with Tunisha and Sheezan, was also recorded twice.
