Actress Mahira Sharma had appeared in several tv shows like Taarak Mehta Kaa Oolta Chashma, Partners Trouble Ho Gayi Double, and Kundali Bhagya. On the occasion of world health day, Mahira opens up the importance of mental and physical health.
Talking about the importance of mental health, she revealed, “A lot of people overlook the importance of mental health, but according to me, both mental and physical health goes hand in hand. While working out and keeping oneself active is absolutely important to keep our body healthy, keeping our mind healthy and positive is so, so important.”
She further added, “Avoiding overthinking, and stressing over things that may not be in our control can make a drastic change in our way of thinking, and brings about a positive outlook in our way of perceiving life.”
The actress shared about the importance to eat a clean diet. She says, “I ensure that I have a glass of citrus fruit juice every morning, and I keep myself hydrated with detox water throughout the day. I also make sure that I eat as healthy as possible and include a lot of greens in my diet.”
