The second season of popular teleserial Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is coming soon. Reportedly, the cast of the show has now been finalized. Disha Parmar and Nakul Mehta are reuniting on screen after 8 years for this show. The duo worked together in “Pyar ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara”.
Earlier, during a chat session Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya said, “Yes, I was offered Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. I had even given a look test for the show. But I did not say yes to the show as I could not relate to the character. Whenever I take up any project I totally devote myself to it. For me, it is like getting married to the role. If I am not convinced about the role, I will never do it. I couldn’t feel like the character. Hence, I had to say no to Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2.
Later in another interview, Divyanka gave another reason for rejecting the show. The actress said that she felt she won’t look good with Nakuul Mehta. It was felt that Divyanka looked older than Nakuul. Thereafter, it has been reported that the makers have approached Devoleena Bhattacharjee. As per sources, Devoleena also gave a look test for the part, and looked great.
However, Devoleena was not finally considered for the role. Reportedly, the role has gone to Disha Parmar. Nakuul and Disha had already become extremely famous and their on-screen pairing was being loved by the audience in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai – Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. Meanwhile, Disha was approached for her comment, but so far it has not been confirmed.
