Karan Kundrra is chastised for plagiarising a phrase from late Sidharth Shukla in Lock Upp. Karan’s admirers showed there to show their support for the actor.
Jailor Karan Kundrra can be seen encouraging the competitors on a recent episode of Lock Upp by stating “Kuch aisa karo ki tumhe nikaalne ki koshish nhi saazish ki jaaye (Do something that will make people not just try to evict you but plot against you).”
Well, Karan Kundrra’s comment enraged a lot of people since the late actor Sidharth Shukla stated something similar in Bigg Boss season 13.
Many Sidharth admirers began teasing the actor for reciting the late actor’s lines as soon as the programme aired. On social media, a person wrote, “Can’t tolerate this anymore. Ab kuch bacha hai kya copy karne ke liye (Is there anything left to copy)?.” Another one wrote, “Yaar ye log originality apne kyun nahi dikhate…sabke sab bas Sidharth or Shehnaaz ko copy karte hai..yeh mera Sidharth ka tweet hai wo bhi 1000 percent original. Usko to copy na karo #SidharthShukla #SidNaaz.
Karan Kundrra’s supporters, on the other hand, show their support for the actor. According to a Karan Kundrra devotee, “Tum log sach mai sidnaz fans ho? TejRan fam hi h jo sabse jada respect karta h sidnaaz ki Or humne even humare idol ne b kbhi khud ko sidnaz se compare ni kiya h tum log ho jo ye comparison kar re ho or hate spread kr re ho krte raho hm tb b shehnaz ke liye pray krte rahenge (Are you guys true Sidnaaz fans? It’s only TejRan fam which is the most respectful towards Sidnaaz and even our idol Karan Kundrra has never compared himself to Sid. It’s only you guys who are drawing comparisons and spreading hate. We will continue to pray for Shehnaaz).”
