The potential that the members of BTS and BLACKPINK may be more connected than one may imagine was debated online.
BTS and BLACKPINK may be closer than you believe, a netizen wrote in a post on June 27. The internet user added, “It appears from the images following that it wasn’t their first encounter. Even if it has nothing to do with Jennie and V, it’s likely that the groups are merely friendly with one another. Big Hit and YG might not have felt the need to speak up because of this. Woah.”
The user also included images from the recent CELINE fashion presentation during Paris Fashion Week, in which BTS’s V and BLACKPINK’s Lisa could be seen chatting.
Other internet users who left comments on the site saw further “connection” between BLACKPINK and BTS. In one of J-most Hope’s recent concept images for his next solo album, “Jack In The Box,” the words “www.blackpink.com” were scribbled on the bottom of a vinyl disc.
